Artisanal
Organic and biodynamic"Maceration" is the Pinot Grigio macerated by Pierre Frick, produced on the calcareous and marl soils of Alsace. It presents an amber-red color and offers a very rich and complex bouquet, characterized by notes of ripe strawberry, rhubarb, herbal notes, and intense mineral hints. On the palate, it is rich, substantial, and intense, with vibrant freshness and pronounced minerality.
The Pinot Gris “V Maceration” by Pierre Frick is an Alsatian wine with an artisanal face, made with a vinification that involves a short period of skin maceration, to extract the maximum of aromatic components. The Pinot Gris grapes come exclusively from a prized Grand Cru of the estate and are characterized by a particularly intense and rich profile. The aging in wood contributes to give even more body and structure to the wine, which presents itself as a white that expresses intense and complex aromas, with a particularly gastronomic vocation.
The wine “V Maceration” is a pure Pinot Gris produced by Pierre Frick, a vigneron who descends from a family that boasts an experience in vine cultivation of no less than 12 generations. Pierre Frick adopted organic management of the vineyards since the

His wines are a frank and sincere expression of the varietal notes of the grapes and the magnificent production territory.
