The Pinot Noir 'Heredia' from Cantina di Trento comes from hillside vineyards whose calcareous soils enhance the typical elegance of Pinot Noir. Vinification in small containers with frequent pumping over, followed by brief ageing in barriques, contributes to a delicate but well-defined structure. The nose has a fruity profile with black cherry, morello cherry and ripe blueberry. On the palate, it is silky, fresh and subtly tannic. Try it with finely cut meats, such as tongue in green sauce
