The Pinot Noir 'Turnalls Avall' by Mas de la Sabatera is a handcrafted wine of great freshness, produced near Montblanc in Catalonia. The grapes undergo semi-carbonic maceration and are treated with minimal intervention, to return a rustic wine full of vigor. On the nose, it is crisp with small red fruits and Mediterranean scrub herbs. On the palate, it confirms its playful spirit, juicy, with very fine tannins and a long finish. Ideal for pairing with delicate fish dishes and white meats
