The Primitivo ‘Mosaico’ by Notte Rossa originates in a warm and low-rainfall area, where sandy and deep soils allow the grapes to ripen perfectly, even under these difficult conditions. The wine is produced with intense, juicy grapes, which then mature in French and American oak barriques to impart finesse and roundness. The result is a red with a rich aromatic profile, evoking ripe cherries and juicy plums combined with elegant hints of cocoa and vanilla. On the palate, it reveals significant structure and velvety softness, with a sweet and persistent finish. Ideal when paired with a roast of flavorful meats
