The Grand Cru "Frankstein" by Jean-Louis and Eric Kamm is a Riesling of great expressiveness and roundness. Aged in used wood, it enriches the nose with deep and intriguing sensations, ranging from graphite to hydrocarbon, from aromatic herbs to sea breezes. On the palate, it is full and deep, cutting, with aromatic richness and long savory persistence. Organic, artisanal wine, made like it used to be

the vintage, without any oenological mediation that could in any way change its original face.

the vintage, without any oenological mediation that could in any way change its original face.

The "Frankstein" wine by Jean-Louis et Eric Kamm is produced only with the best grapes from the eponymous Grand Cru, located at about 500 meters above sea level, on soils characterized by the presence of granite. The fermentations take place in steel tanks spontaneously and with indigenous yeasts. The wine matures for a few months in used barriques and is bottled without filtration. In the glass, it has a light straw yellow color with subtle greenish reflections. The bouquet expresses aromas of white fruit, notes of aromatic herbs, medicinal herbs, wildflowers, mineral sensations of graphite, flint, hints of hydrocarbon, and iodine nuances. The sip is intense and satisfying, with a pleasant aromatic richness, supported by a vibrant tension, leading to a lively finish of freshness, savory and mineral. The wines of Jean-Louis et Eric Kamm are loved precisely for their clear expressive clarity, authenticity, and immediacy.
