The Riesling from the New Zealand winery Greywacke is a white wine with a straw yellow color that is partially fermented with indigenous yeasts, and then left to age on the lees in used oak barrels. Fresh and well-balanced, it fills the glass with aromas of lime flowers, notes of anise, and mineral hints.

fermentation, while the remaining half is transferred to old French oak barriques where it undergoes the fermentation process spontaneously. Just before the final conclusion of the transformation, the two masses are blended in steel and the fermentation is stopped, in order to preserve a small amount of natural sugars. At this point, the wine is directed into old barriques where it rests for 5 months on the fine lees.

The Riesling from Marlborough of the Greywacke winery is straw yellow in color. Fresh nose with hints of lime, white peach, and anise, combined with mineral notes. The taste is well balanced between the zesty freshness and the delicate sweetness, with a long-lasting citrus and mineral finish.
