Riesling Trocken Robert Weil 2023
ArtisanalThe Riesling Trocken from the ancient Robert Weil winery is a light and delicate white wine produced in the Rheingau region. The namesake grapes are harvested from the surrounding lands of the famous Kiedrich Gräfenberg vineyard and vinified using only indigenous yeasts. The color is pale yellow with bright reflections, and the aromas released are those of apricot, peach, pear, lime zest, and floral memories. The sip is clear, fresh, savory, mineral, and has a harmonious and aromatic finish.
The Trocken Riesling presents itself in the glass with a bright, lively straw-yellow color. The olfactory impact is of great evocative power, distinctly territorial and characterized by notes of lime, golden apple, Williams pear, white flowers, and mineral bursts. The sip is very fine, enlivened by that typical saline backbone of the area, but surrounded by pulp and remarkable freshness. Shiny and harmonious.
