The Roero Arneis by Correggia is a medium-structured and intense Piedmontese white wine, aged for 6 months in steel. On the nose, it is floral, with pleasant notes of hawthorn and elderflower and hints of citrus. On the palate, it is of beautiful freshness, with vegetal notes

The Roero Arneis from the Matteo Correggia winery is a white wine fresh and delicate produced in Canale d’Alba, in the province of Cuneo. This label is made from pure Arneis grapes, an indigenous white grape variety of the Roero area, sourced from vines trained on trellises using the guyot pruning method, on hills located at about 280-300 meters above sea level and characterized by marine-origin soils with predominantly sandy soils, rich in fossils, and with a slight presence of silt and clay. The winery is a family-run business, owner of about 20 hectares of vineyards, which has become an undisputed symbol of the territory in just a few years since its founding, thanks to the foresight, love, and dedication of its founder, Matteo Correggia.

The Roero Arneis from Correggia is produced with carefully selected grapes that are hand-harvested exclusively at the beginning of September. The bunches, brought to the winery, undergo soft pressing before the alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel containers at controlled temperature.controlled for a few weeks. The wine is then racked, after which it remains in aging in steel containers for at least 6 months before being ready for sale.

The Roero Arneis from the Matteo Correggia winery presents itself with a pale straw yellow color with slight greenish hues. On the nose, intense aromas of fresh fruit appear, including yellow apple and peach, floral notes of hawthorn and elderflower, citrus hints of cedar and mandarin, finishing with a slight hint of honey and dried fruit, including hazelnut. On the palate, it is slim, elegant, with good structure and freshness, with a finish played on vegetal notes. This Arneis Correggia is a very pleasant white wine that is easy to drink, a symbol of a wonderful territory like that of Roero.
