Celler Frisach's Rosé 'Abrunet' is a savory, thirst-quenching Spanish wine that does not lack complexity. With an eco-friendly footprint founded on organic farming, the Celler Frisach winery offers sincere expressions of the Terra Alta terroir. This wine-growing area with a very long oenological tradition is located in southern Catalonia, in a wild and unspoiled environment of hills and plains, vineyards and olive groves, with a Mediterranean climate characterized by high daily temperature ranges, ideal for the proper ripening of the grapes.

Celler Frisach 'Abrunet' Rosé is made from a blend of Garnacha Gris, Garnacha Blanca and Garnacha Negra, rooted on clay-limestone soils and raised according to organic farming principles. The three varieties are harvested together by hand and then undergo a short maceration on the skins. The following alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks thanks to the action of indigenous yeasts and, in the same wine vessels, the wine ages for a few months before bottling takes place.

To the eye, Celler Frisach's Rosato della Terra Alta 'Abrunet' reveals a bright pink hue. Fragrant and delicate aromas range from crisp red fruit notes to fresh hints of fennel and anise. Juicy and refreshing sip, with a smooth and savory progression that finishes on fruity and citrus perceptions. A dynamic label capable of revealing the accessible face of the area, excellent with seafood appetizers such as shellfish fried in Romesco sauce, a typical sauce originating in Tarragona made with roasted tomato and garlic, roasted nuts, olives and chili peppers.
