Perfect to drink every dayThe Rosé by Planeta is a still rosé wine with a delicate, feminine, and floral character, vinified only in steel with very brief maceration on the skins. Subtle aromas of red flowers, roses, and geraniums blend with hints of herbs and wild strawberries in a harmonious, subtle, fragrant, savory, and refreshing tasting experience.
This "Rosé" signed by the Planeta winery manifests itself to the eye with a light rosé color, slightly tending towards coppery. The overall aromas that envelop the nose are subtle, with notes that tell of the aromatic intertwining of flowers and fruit, enriched by sensations reminiscent of the smell of freshly cut grass. On the palate, it is slender, lively, and light-bodied, with a sip that reveals a nice freshness, onto which a taste emerges that recalls the flowers already perceived during the olfactory analysis. A label that encapsulates the beauty of Sicilian summers, where sea and sun give rise to unforgettable sunsets.
fermentation takes place in steel, at a controlled temperature of 15 degrees. It remains for a few months to refine in steel, before being bottled and released to the market.
