Saperavi

Saperavi "Amor" by Nika Bakhia is an artisanal red wine, genuine portrait of the Georgian winemaking traditions. Vinified only in amphorae buried underground with only indigenous yeasts, for long time with the skins in order to extract all the good juice. Unfiltered and unclarified, is normal to find some depot on the bottom of the bottle. The nose is intense and intriguing of red fruits, dried leaves and smoked memories. On the palate is crounchy and deep, of great tannic vein and long lasting freshness.  

Saperavi by Our Wine is a red wine from Georgia of considerable concentration and great aromatic depth, produced in terracotta jars with ancient methods: long macerations on the stalks and on the skins and total absence of filtration or racking. Intense, fruity, spicy, wild and earthy aromas accompany a soft, fresh, full-bodied sip, with an ancestral charm.
