Movia's Sauvignon 'Veliko Vinia Gredic' is a white wine with character from the Slovenian region of Brda. Gredic is a small vineyard on clayey ponca soils with great potential, from which the winery obtains some of its best grapes. The nose initially reveals a bouquet of dried flowers such as chamomile and tea, which evolves into balsamic notes with hints of honey and candied citrus fruits. On the palate, it balances freshness and aroma, and its vibrant taste promises long ageing potential. It pairs beautifully with Asian dishes enriched with teriyaki sauce or more Mediterranean dishes such as sea bass or baked octopus
