The Sauvignon Blanc wine reflects the vocation of the Grave del Friuli area for quality viticulture, aimed at producing fragrant whites with intense aromas. The Vigneti Le Monde estate is located in the countryside of Prata di Pordenone and extends over about a hundred hectares, predominantly cultivated with the varieties that have always been grown in the region. In particular, the Sauvignon expresses itself very well thanks to the mild and breezy climate and to soils composed of gravelly soils, with clay and limestone present. The vineyards are managed without the use of herbicides, within a corporate philosophy inspired by concepts of eco-sustainability. The best selected bunches in the vineyard undergo a cold prefermentative maceration and then a soft pressing. The must ferments in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Before bottling, the wine rests on the fine lees for six months in steel tanks.
