The "Sinchè" wine is produced in the small estate of Peter Weimar. The Ebro Winery is located not far from Barolo. The two hectares of vineyard were replanted in the early '90s with the typical red grape varieties of the area, Barbera and Nebbiolo, to which the international Sauvignon Blanc was added.
