The Spätburgunder from Weingut von der Mark is a Pinot Noir with a classic and measured profile, designed to be easy to drink but not banal. The grapes macerate in open tanks to encourage the spontaneous action of yeasts, then age on the lees for twelve months in used barriques, a choice made to preserve the elegance of the grape variety. The nose reveals clean notes of red fruit and earthy nuances, while the palate is balanced, smooth but with pronounced warmth. Ideal with roast veal
