The Sparkling Extra Brut 'Bocciato' Casa Costa Signor by Maurizio Donadi is a lively wine, perfect for aperitifs or appetisers. Maurizio has restored some of his family's vineyards in the Treviso hills and here, among the various grape varieties, he also cultivates Glera, the symbol of the territory, according to biodynamic principles. For this label, the second fermentation takes place using the long Martinotti method, where alcoholic fermentation is carried out in an autoclave until a pressure of 4 bar is reached. The bouquet is fragrant and opens with hints of white fruit, with notes of citrus zest, floral hints and vegetal hints of aromatic herbs. The palate is fresh and juicy, with a vivid freshness and a persistent perlage. It pairs naturally with an aperitif with creamed cod
