Nicosia's Etna Spumante Brut 'Sosta Tre Santi' is an elegant Sicilian bubbly made from Nerello Mascalese, a local variety grown high on the volcano. After 36 months of ageing on the lees in the bottle, this Metodo Classico is ready to be enjoyed in all its freshness. The nose releases floral hints, with notes of dried fruit that open to the typical pastry finish. On the palate, it has great savouriness and an acidic backbone, the taste is harmonious and persistent. Ideal with risottos and shellfish
