The "Plus" is a Brut Sparkling Wine that comes from the pure white grapes used by the Bastianich winery team. The vines are carefully tended to obtain healthy and ripe bunches. After the harvest, the grapes are immediately transferred to the winemaking facilities, where the must, obtained from the gentle pressing of the bunches, is fermented in stainless steel containers, with the addition of a small percentage of passito must from the same grapes; then follows the refermentation in autoclave, according to the production principles of the Martinotti Method.
The Brut Sparkling Wine "Plus" presents itselfto the eye with a light straw yellow color, crossed by a line of fine and thin bubbles, with good persistence. On the nose, refreshing aromas are perceived, starting from notes of white-fleshed fruit to reach more citrus nuances. On the palate, it is light-bodied, slender, and smooth, with a sip that invites drinking thanks to a savory and fresh texture, always harmonious and well-defined. A bottle with which the Friulian winery Bastianich wants to invite us to toast at the most convivial aperitifs.
