Banfi Tener Glass Pack is a limited edition package that contains a bottle of Spumante Sauvignon Chardonnay Brut ‘Tener Glass Pack’ from Banfi and two glasses of sparkling wine branded by Banfi. The ‘Tener’ is a sparkling wine made in Piemonte from a blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, subjected to pressing and vinified in stainless steel tanks. The subsequent sparkling process takes place in an autoclave at controlled temperature following the Charmat or Martinotti Method and the liquid is finally bottled under isobaric conditions to preserve its effervescence. It is a sparkling wine with a pale straw yellow color and fine, persistent effervescence, which on the nose expresses pleasant hints of peach, white flowers, citrus, and aromatic herbs. The taste is smooth and fresh at the same time, with great drinkability and agility.
