Cinque Campi’s Spergola Spumante ‘Particella 128’ is one of the few classic method sparkling wines produced from Spergola, a native grape variety of the Reggio Emilia province. Three days of maceration on the skins prior to the second fermentation produce an intensely macerated base wine with a vibrant aromatic profile, before spending a year in the bottle for refermentation.
