Peter Sichel's 'Triby' Syrah interprets Syrah in an elegant, mountainous style. After harvesting by hand, vinification takes place with whole bunches and ageing in used wood accompanies the wine without marking it, preserving its precision and length. The nose reveals crisp red fruits and wild strawberries, with typical dark hints of pepper and cocoa. On the palate, it is fine and harmonious, with beautiful roundness, perfectly integrated freshness and a very long finish. It pairs well with structured dishes, such as côte de bœuf or spiced beef
