Zaccagnini's Spumante No Alcol 'Tralcetto 0.0' is this historic winery's answer to modern demand, to the desire for alcohol-free bubbles. The fermented wine is exposed, under vacuum, to temperature to allow evaporation, followed by the addition of the bubbles. The olfactory profile is reminiscent of yellow peach and white flowers, while on the palate it is fresh, harmonious, with fine bubbles and a lively, gentle sip. Perfect as an aperitif but also as a companion to delicate dishes
