"Piùttosto" by Tre Monti is a white wine obtained from the maceration for 20 days in cement tanks of the skins of Trebbiano Romagnolo. A genuine and straightforward orange wine, produced in Romagna, that reveals a fresh profile, full and with a marked personality, enriched by hints of peach, tropical fruit, honey, and dried fruit.

The Trebbiano Macerato “Piùttosto” by Tre Monti is a vibrant and fleshy orange wine, a straightforward expression of the Romagna territory. The Tre Monti winery was founded in 1971, thanks to the vision of Sergio Novacchia, who was determined to enhance a land too often underestimated by mediocre interpretations, while deciding from the start not to alter the innate expressiveness of the local wines. An increased awareness convinced Sergio, and subsequently his sons Vittorio and David, who have firmly taken the helm of the company, to convert the entire vineyard to organic farming, in order to preserve the vitality of the soil and plants. The cultivated varieties are naturally local, thus Sangiovese, Albana, and Trebbiano Romagnolo have ample space, the latter two enriched in some expressions by skin maceration, which gives vigor and depth, or by aging in amphora. A solid certainty, also due to an extremely advantageous quality-price ratio.
