This Trento Sparkling Rosé "Giulio Ferrari" develops in the glass with a bright pink color, characterized by some additional reflections that tend more towards copper at the rim. The perlage is distinguished by a grain of very fine dimensions, with an almost infinite persistence. Layered and satisfying on the nose, where floral touches emerge enriched by hints of citrus and berries, interspersed with aromas of aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is incredible, with excellent thickness, possessing an innate elegance that relies on a sip of fresh and savory imprint, whose taste recalls the entirety of the aromas perceived earlier on the nose, highlighting an excellent coherence.
