The vines grow in the shade of the mountains of Trentino, in vineyards located at an altitude between 300 and 700 meters above sea level, with an exposure towards southeast and southwest. The grapes, hand-picked in the first half of September, after vinification, referment in for the second time, remaining in contact with its own yeasts for at least three years.
The Magnum Maximum is a Trento Sparkling Brut that in the glass manifests itself with a straw yellow color; the perlage that is observed to the eye is fine-grained, with excellent persistence.
