VERMENTINO COLLI DI LUNI 'ETICHETTA NERA' LUNAE BOSONI 2022 DESCRIPTION

The Vermentino of the Lunae winery is one of the best products of Paolo Bosoni, founder and soul of this esteemed reality enclosed between the blue mirror of the Ligurian Sea and the green landscape of Lunigiana. Lunae's philosophy is as simple as it is decisive: harness all the knowledge of its territory to transform a deep-rooted bond over time into a wine that knows how to interweave tradition and recent developments in the wine industry.

This Vermentino was born in the environs of Luni, a splendid town that in Roman times was so rich in marble that it confounded the descent of the barbarians, who from afar had deluded themselves that they were already in Rome. The centuries-old history of these territories is intertwined with an ancient winemaking tradition, dating back to the first Etruscan settlements and handed down from generation to generation. For this reason, the Bosoni family insists on the importance of the link with its territory, so that all the vineyards cultivated in these lands can tell the story and beauty enclosed in this corner of Liguria.

The link between Vermentino and Liguria has ancient roots, linked to the ideal pedoclimatic environment of the region and the perfect marriage between the flavor profile of this wine and the typical fish specialties of the area. In fact, the perfect balance between sapidity and softness will best accompany all the most important dishes of the culinary tradition and give a fragment of this land inside the glass. So don't be surprised if, closing your eyes, you seem to sense the Mediterranean scents of the Lunigiana hills, halfway between the sunny blue of the sea and the refreshing green of the Apuan Alps.
