The "Barolo" Vermouth, as the name suggests, comes from Barolo red wine flavored with Langhe herbs and spices and a small drop of Grappa di Romano Levi. It reveals an intense, aromatic and decidedly persistent body, with aromas of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, officinal herbs and toasted nuances

The Vermouth di Torino Rosso Superiore "Barolo" by Romano Levi is an absolute excellence, born from the fusion in a single bottle of some of the most precious treasures of the Piedmontese land. The ancient art of distillation, from one of the most famous grappa producers, Barolo, a symbol of the extraordinary tradition of the Langhe in the production of great aging reds and the centuries-old history of the liqueur wine created in Turin at the end of the '700, magically come together. From this unusual union, a particularly fine red Vermouth is born, distinguished by elegance and extreme finesse of the aromas of medicinal and balsamic herbs, which enhance a noble wine like Barolo.

The Torino Rosso Superiore "Barolo" is a Vermouth of particular quality, made by a legendary distillery in the Langhe. The brand Romano Levi is universally known as synonymous with one of the best Italian grappas, made with great passion, expertise, and craftsmanship. In addition to producing excellent grappas, Romano Levi complements that of a classic of the Piedmontese tradition: Vermouth. This ancient liqueur wine, invented by Antonio Benedetto Carpano in 1786, is still known and appreciated today as one of the most typical products of Piedmont. The idea of flavoring wine was certainly not new and has always belonged to history, dating back to the times of Greek resin wines and Roman spiced wines. However, with Vermouth, a true recipe is created, codified and recognizable.

The Vermouth di Torino Rosso Superiore "Barolo", produced by Romano Levi, is born from a selection of high-quality ingredients. The base consists of Barolo DOCG, flavored with Artemisia, herbs and spices from the Langhe, sugar, and a splash of grappa Levi distilled with Artemisia: the touch of the master that gives the label an authorial signature. The Vermouth presents itself in a lively and bright ruby red color, with aromas of medicinal herbs, spices, notes of roots and barks, aromatic herbs and balsamic hints. The sip is broad and rich, with a pleasant wine note in the background. The finish is long, intense and very persistent.
