The Vermouth di Torino Rosso Superiore con Barbaresco by Levi is a spicy wine that traces the ancient recipe found in the diaries of Lidia, Romano's sister, who loved to grow and select botancihe in the Langhe. From Barbaresco wines with the addition of various extracts and a touch of Grappa, this Vermouth shows intense and enveloping sip, with notes of sweet spices, officinal herbs and menthol nuances in the foreground

The Vermouth di Torino Rosso Superiore with Barbaresco by Romano Levi is a great classic of the Piedmontese tradition, interpreted by one of the most famous and esteemed Italian distillers. In addition to the now-celebrated and sought-after grappas, Romano Levi markets a Vermouth that is still produced today following the original recipe of his sister Lidia, who passionately dedicated herself to the selection and gathering of botanicals in the Langhe area. The herbs undergo an infusion process in a blend of Barbaresco wines to which a splash of Romano Levi grappa is added, giving a personal and characterful touch to the Vermouth.

The Vermouth Rosso Superiore from Turin is a creation of one of the most important distilleries in our region. Romano Levi became famous with a series of high-level grappa labels. But alongside his main activity as a distiller, he has also pursued some projects related to the best Piedmontese customs, such as the production of artisanal Vermouths with a typically territorial taste. A way to pay homage toto one of the most classic local customs, born to make wine more aromatic and complex, not with long aging in wood, but using the process of infusing aromatic herbs, plants, and fruit. Its bottles are appreciated by all enthusiasts in search of the genuine flavors of the past.

The Vermouth di Torino Rosso Superiore with Barbaresco, produced in the famous distillery of Romano Levi, is a true specialty of the Langhe. It is a particularly fine version of this historic liqueur, which in recent years has been rediscovered, even by new generations, especially in the field of modern mixology. It is produced starting from a base of red Barbaresco wines from the Langhe, which are used to create infusions of botanicals including: artemisia, orange peel, elderberry, cherry, and other aromatic herbs typical of the Langhe. The Vermouth has an amber color with bright ruby reflections and reveals aromas of medicinal herbs, spices, citrus hints, and balsamic nuances. The sip is warm and rich, with enveloping andcomplex, leading harmoniously to a very persistent finish.
