ArtisanalThe Vino Bianco da Litro is a blend of white grapes produced by the Sette winery in Piedmont. Starting from soils formed by a mix of limestone, chalk and grey marl, it arrives, through organic practices and fermentation with indigenous yeasts, at a lively and balanced label. On the nose and in the mouth, yellow fruits, including peach and apricot, certainly explode, which, when paired with a seafood risotto, find their winning combination, even better if in the company of friends!
The White Wine by the Liter from the young winery Sette represents an expression of the young vineyards of the estate that impresses with vibrancy and pleasantness. The Sette project officially began with the 2017 harvest, born from the passion of three partners and friends strongly intent on enhancing the highest quality expression of Monferrato, all while sincerely respecting the environment. The idea behind the Wine by the Liter is to produce a wine characterized by a joyful and carefree drinkability, never laborious or difficult, a quality behind its everyday dimension.
Sette White Wine by the Liter originates from a blend of white grapes from young vineyards planted on deep soils rich in limestone, gypsum, and gray marls, located at an altitude of about 200 meters above sea level. The agronomic management is based on the principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture, while the harvest is carried out entirely by hand. In the cellar, the grapes undergo a one-day skin maceration, followed by spontaneous alcoholic fermentation that takes place
spontaneously inside stainless steel tanks thanks to the sole intervention of the yeasts present on the grapes and in the winemaking environment. The final bottling takes place in a one-liter format with a crown cap.The White Wine by the Liter from the Sette estate has a brilliant straw yellow color. On the nose, it evokes immediate perceptions of peach, apricot, citrus, nectarine, and white flowers, while on the palate it is dry, lively, and balanced, with a marked freshness that combines with a tasty mineral savory finish in a progression of great pleasantness. A white wine designed to be shared in the most convivial moments, without worries, with the right company.
