The "V Collection" by Zidarich, an expression of the best vintages, is one of the greatest interpretations of Vitovska, vinified with skin maceration and aged in barrel for 22 months. Floral, fruity, and marine notes emerge from the amber gold of the glass. The sip is broad and complex, with inexhaustible richness.

The Vitovska "V Collection" by Zidarich is a rich and deep orange wine, produced only in years deemed excellent. Beniamino Zidarich is one of the most renowned guardians of the Carso, a magical land in the province of Trieste that serves as a watershed between Italy and Slovenia, capable of producing artisanal liquids that meet the tastes of all enthusiasts. Elegance, complexity, typicity. The grape varieties that dominate are Vitovska, Malvasia Istriana, Terrano, and Refosco, along with small quantities of Merlot and Sauvignon, all enhanced by Beniamino's precise and refined interpretations, a producer who has chosen to let his land speak.

The "V Collection" comes from a selection of the best Vitovska grapes from the winery, produced in only 1300 bottles. Maximum respect for the vineyard and biodiversity, which is why any chemical or synthetic product is banned. After the manual harvest of the grapes and a careful selection, the bunches are brought to the winery for destemming and crushing. Fermentation occurs spontaneously, while the must is macerated for about 20 days at contact with the skins and aged for about 22 months in large Slavonian oak barrels. No clarification or filtration before bottling.

The Vitovska "V Collection" by Zidarich presents itself in the glass with a deep golden yellow color, edged with orange reflections. The nose is very rich and varied, telling in succession of white flowers, clarified butter, briny memories, and a chalky background. The suggestions continue to chase each other, outlining a dynamic liquid, always in motion. The tasting is beautiful for the cohesion of the elements, among which a distinct salinity emerges, capable of extending the sip fading into a remarkable persistence. A great orange wine, which satisfies lovers of the type while surprising those who seek elegance and drinkability from a white.
