The 16 Year Old Single Malt Whisky is born in the central area of the Scottish Highlands. Its success is due to a selection of excellent malt and the possibility of using the purest water rich in minerals from the Pitlie Burn stream. To the ingredients of high quality, a traditional production process is added, carried out according to the oldest artisanal customs, jealously preserved as a precious company treasure. The classic sweetness that characterizes all Aberfeldy Single Malts is due to a long and patient fermentation, which allows the sweet honeyed notes to come to the fore, giving a particular nuance to the distillates. The smoothness is then enhanced by a 16-year aging in barrels previously used for Bourbon aging and the fragrant fortified wines of Jerez.
