Whiskey Single Malt "Double Cask" is a distillate aged for 14 years in ex-sherry barrels and new American oak barrels. This Scotch has a mature, rich and intense profile, with pleasant hints of blackcurrant, caramel, cocoa and spicy sensations, while the sip is smooth, complex and very long persistence on sweet tones
elegance. The production is based on the best quality barley, which is malted without the use of peat, to avoid smoky notes. At the end of fermentation, double distillation takes place in traditional copper stills, following the oldest artisanal customs of the area, passed down by expert Master Distillers. The Whisky then matures for 14 years in American oak barrels and in barrels previously used for aging Sherry wines.harmonious, with a sip of pleasant fruity and spicy notes, leading to a very persistent finish.
