The "Xiropotamos" by Tatsis is a white wine of great uniqueness: it is a Xinomavro, a variety responsible for some of the most elegant Greek reds, vinified in white. This product from Greek Macedonia challenges all conventions, as is typical of this winery. On the nose, it presents briny and fruity notes, with pleasant oxidative hints on the finish.
