Bianco Frizzante 'Zero Infinito' Pojer e Sandri
The name of the sparkling wine "Zero Infinito" refers to the complete absence of chemicals. It is made from white grapes that are fermented in the bottle. It has a juicy, fresh and thirst-quenching flavour with fruity and floral notes
The “Zero Infinito” Pojer e Sandri is an organic wine produced using ancient and artisanal methods. “Zero Infinito” means no chemical impact, neither in the vineyard nor in the cellar: the fruit of the vine transformed into wine, without any exogenous addition. It is a very pleasant, fresh, and thirst-quenching sparkling white, rich in sediment like all artisanal and rustic wines, genuine and unfiltered.
The “Zero Infinito” is born from the pure vinification of very resistant, intense, and floral white grapes. It is a grape variety born from a cross that is immune to the main diseases and particularly suited for organic farming. Pojer e Sandri cultivate this variety at Maso Rella, in the locality of Grumes, in the high Val di Cembra. We are at about 900 meters above sea level, in a very ventilated terroir dominated by woods.
The “Zero Infinito” is presented in a bottle with a crown cap, made of very clear glass, with sediment highlighted. It is recommended to decant the wine and let it breathe to separate the sediment and to oxygenate it before consumption. Lovers of rustic and rural style can instead shake the bottle and enjoy the wine slightly cloudy. Once poured into the glass, the “Zero Infinito” begins a dance of very pleasant and characteristic aromas, floral and fruity. The sip is juicy and refreshing, slightly aromatic. A sparkling white wine that is easy to drink in one go, very gastronomic and versatile in pairings. We recommend it as an aperitif or to accompany a rich platter of cured meats.
