A' Rosato Fattoria Aldobrandesca - Antinori 2025
The Rosé "A" is born in the southern Maremma of Tuscany thanks to the Fattoria Aldobrandesca of the Marchesi Antinori. It is a marine and Mediterranean wine made from Aleatico grapes, with a fresh and savory taste, delicate and fragrant, endowed with a very fruity bouquet of berries, pink grapefruit, and pomegranate with accents of rose petals and Mediterranean breezes.
The Rosato “A” made by the Antinori winery within the Fattoria Aldobrandesca reveals itself to the eye with a color reminiscent of coral, decidedly bright. Small berries alternate with hints of more exotic fruit, from which a slight Mediterranean aroma also emerges. On the palate, it is light-bodied, easy-drinking, and smooth, with a refreshing and mineral sip, where that Mediterranean imprint that was already in the nose is found in the taste. A rosato perfect for all occasions, recommended to try with a dinner of Japanese sushi and sashimi.
