The name of the Slavcek winery represents a certainty for lovers of artisanal wines, and more precisely for those produced between Italy and Slovenia. The Vodopivec family has always pursued the line of not using chemical or synthetic substances in the vineyard, proceeding in the winery with spontaneous fermentations and minimal additions of sulfur. The result is straightforward and genuine liquids, always played on refinement and a deep salinity. The Belo, which can be considered an everyday white, has its best quality in gastronomic versatility, ranging from aperitifs to any fish preparation. Multifaceted.

The white Belo is obtained from a blend of Ribolla Gialla, Malvasia Istriana, Sauvignon, Chardonnay, more precisely from 30-year-old vines trained in Guyot. No to chemicals, both in the vineyard and in the winery, with manual harvesting of the bunches and subsequent selection of the best grapes. It continues with skin maceration for 3 days, and spontaneous fermentation in oak barrels. The aging of the liquid takes place partly in steel containers and partly in oak barrels.

The Belo wine by Slavcek presents itself in the glass with an intense and lively straw color. The nose, extremely fine and varied, expresses with a tone far from didactic citrus peel, ripe yellow-fleshed fruit, saline notes, and an abundance of white flowers.
