ArtisanalThe "BK" Red Atavus is a light red, ideal to drink during meals. For its creative line, the Atavus winery chose the name BK, "Buen Karma", to indicate the productive philosophy with which it operates in the Catalan region of Montsant: to give to the earth and take only the necessary to receive back the riches it can offer. Thus, the fruits are used to generate a product rich in fruity aromas like raspberries, strawberries and notes reminiscent of the Mediterranean, like marjoram and eucalyptus, which give a tasty and balsamic profile. In the glass, Atavus Tinto ‘BK!’ expresses a light ruby red color. The olfactory panorama highlights notes of red fruits such as raspberry and strawberry, followed by hints of aromatic herbs like rosemary and marjoram and slight balsamic perceptions of eucalyptus. Intense and fruity taste, capable of delivering a lot of freshness right from its entry in the mouth. The flavorful tannic structure anticipates a delicately balsamic finish.
