"Le Cince" by De Fermo is a masterful and original interpretation of Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo, produced with Montepulciano grapes that ferment and rest until bottling in large wooden barrels that enrich the juice with fragrant and multifaceted notes. A round dance of freesia and red carnation, raspberry and cassis, aromatic herbs and spices that give way to a juicy sip, energetic and with tantalizing sapidity in the finish.

fermentation occurs spontaneously through the action of only indigenous yeasts, in wooden and cement containers. The aging of the liquid takes place in large wooden barrels and lasts about 8-10 months.

The De Fermo Le Cince presents itself with the typical appearance of Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo, an intense rosé edged with darker reflections. What a beauty the nose of this little jewel! The beginning, initially winey, immediately gives way to more detailed and refined nuances of berries, floral embroidery of rose and carnation, along with spicy and vegetal hints. The sip is slender and dynamic, while not giving up a satisfying pulp that makes the tasting filling. The salt and freshness, perfectly integrated, extend the persistence of the liquid. Masterful!
