The Cote Rotie "Germine" from the Duclaux winery in the Rhône Valley is a red wine of class with a marked balance and refined elegance. The Syrah grapes together with a small portion of Viognier are fermented at controlled temperature and aged for 18 months in wooden barrels. A rich sip is perceived with intense fruity notes, toasted hints of coffee and smoky notes.

The harvest is carried out by hand and the grapes are 80% destemmed and then fermented together in temperature-controlled steel tanks, where alcoholic fermentation is accompanied by 3 weeks of contact between the must and the skins.
