The "De Vite" by Hofstatter is a young and light white wine made from 4 representative white grape varieties of Alto Adige. Its fresh and expressive profile is animated by aromas of apple and fresh fruit and by a refreshing, harmonious and well-balanced sip

The De Vite is a wine from Alto Adige, the perfect synthesis of white grape varieties that, more than others, find in these areas their chosen terroir. Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Müller Thurgau, and Pinot Bianco are indeed able to express themselves at excellent levels, offering a range of fruity and floral aromas, very engaging, which are also wonderfully matched on the palate. A label with which Hofstatter, a leading winery in the regional landscape, creates a harmonious blend, perfect for tasting on various occasions.

This De Vite wine is born from a blend that includes the four most representative white grape varieties of the Alto Adige terroir, Pinot Bianco, Müller Thurgau, Sauvignon, and Riesling. The vines of these varieties are cultivated by the Hofstatter winery team in marly and light soils, subject to rapid warming. After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed, and the must is separated from the residues through natural precipitation, and then left to ferment at controlled temperature in steel. After a short aging period, the wine is ready to be bottled and marketed.

The white De Vite made by Hofstatter presents itself visually with a straw yellow color, crossed by reflections that lean towards greenish. The nose is filled with refreshing and enveloping aromas, essentially based on fruity and floral notes, also enriched by hints of aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is light-bodied, lively and drinkable, with a balanced sip, characterized by a pleasant freshness. A bottle that represents an excellent wild card at the table, given its extreme gastronomic versatility; if we also add the interesting quality-price ratio, then the game is done!
