The Etna Rosato by Pietradolce is a wine with a citrus and mineral aromatic profile, made from Nerello Mascalese grapes from the northern slope of Etna. The bouquet is elegant and seductive, with notes of orange, rose, fruit, and white pepper. On the palate, it is slim and fresh, with a long and intoxicating iodized sapid finish.

The Etna Rosato by Pietradolce is a pure Nerello Mascalese that for the occasion wears a rosé, fresh and light dress. The freshness of the fruit is well supported by a background structure that only wines from volcanic soil can provide. For the Pietradolce winery, Etna symbolizes power, elegance, and life. In fact, the manually repeated graphic element in a disordered manner on the label is the image of the volcano and its explosive energy, which is also found in this wine, sip after sip.

The soils from which the grapes that will give life to the Rosato Pietradolce come are sandy, volcanic, rich in natural skeleton and fossil minerals. The Nerello vineyards, located in Solicchiata, on the northern slope of Etna at 600 meters above sea level, are mostly cultivated with the traditional alberello system, always considered the best form of training to use on lava soil. The manual harvest, in the second decade of October, the subsequent soft pressing in the winery, and the vinification exclusively in stainless steel, allow for the best enhancement of the aromas.of the grape variety accompanied by the typical elegance of the volcanic soil. The brief contact of the must with the skins gives a light pink color with coppery hues of great visual impact.

The Etna Rosato by Pietradolce is a ready-to-drink wine, true to the territory from which it comes and with a refined and multifaceted bouquet. Citrusy and floral notes emerge at first, then giving way to light spicy touches. The entry on the palate is of great freshness, and the drink is continuously reiterated thanks to the wonderful minerality and the pleasantly savory finish that only the terroir of the great volcano can provide. This bottle is proof that even on Etna, rosés of great pleasure and complexity can be produced.
