Grappa "41° in Barriques” is an elegant, silky, rich and pleasant Italian spirit, characterized by sweet and intriguing scents partly due to the aging for 12 months in French barriques. It has perfumes of dried fruits, honey, chocolate and pastries. The taste is warm, smooth, harmonic and persistent

The Grappa “41° in Barriques” Nonino is a distillate with an elegant profile, which surprises with the balanced harmony with which it presents aromas and flavors. It is precisely the intensity of the sensations evoked during tasting that makes us understand how important the aging in barrique is for this Grappa, a phase capable of giving the final product pleasant sweet notes, consistent both on the nose and in the mouth. A perfect distillate to offer to guests who understand Grappe: you will not disappoint them!

The “41° in Barriques” is a Grappa that the Nonino distillery produces starting from the pomace of some grape varieties, both white and red, cultivated in the Friulano territory. The pomace arrives soft and fresh in the distillation rooms and is then destemmed. The distillation process takes place following the discontinuous method, using a copper still that operates with steam. After cutting the heads and tails of the obtained distillate, it is aged for one year in Limousin and Nevers oak barriques, located in Nonino's owned cellars, placed under seal and permanent surveillance of the Customs and Monopolies Agency. At the time of bottling, no colorants are obviously used.

This Grappa “41° in Barriques” signed by Nonino develops in the glass with a shimmering color between yellow and gold, endowed with a beautiful brightness. The olfactory profile traced on the nose is sumptuous, revealing an essence of dehydrated yellow fruit and hints of pastry, acacia honey, and candied chestnuts. On the palate, it has excellent body, velvety and enveloping thanks to a wide and warm sip, always in balance and never cloying. A bottle awarded by the section reserved for distillates in the Bibenda guide, which once again demonstrates Nonino's great ability to produce labels that approach perfection.
