Grappa '41°' Nonino

This Grappa “41°” Nonino originates from the ancient artisanal tradition that has always characterized the production of the distillery. Delicate on the nose, it smells of freshly picked grapes - with hints of aromatic herbs at the finish - the sensation of lightness continues in the mouth, where the sip is refreshing and almost masks the final alcohol content. A perfect bottle to enjoy in a classic way, but which can also give rise to a long drink suggested by the distillery itself, the “Nonino Tonic”, in which the aromas of the Grappa are enriched by tonic water, a slice of lemon, and a sprig of rosemary. A new way to enjoy a distillate of absolute quality.

“41°” is the name of this Grappa that Nonino produces starting from very fresh pomace, selected from grapes grown within the regional borders of Friuli, both white and red. The distillation process operates according to the discontinuous method, using a steam-powered copper still. The final aging takes place in steel tanks and lasts for a variable duration between 6 and 12 months. At the end of this period, the Grappa is bottled, without any addition of colorants.

The Grappa “41°” Nonino appears completely colorless, crystalline, and transparent to the eye. On the nose, one can perceive mainly fruity notes, enriched at the end of the olfactory examination by hints of aromatic herbs. On the palate, it has a medium body, smooth thanks to a fresh sip, which envelops the palate with harmony and balance.
