The Lambrusco "I Salici" is a red wine naturally refermented in the bottle with a convivial and highly gastronomic profile, made in the hills of Parma. It releases fresh and fragrant aromas of berries, strawberry, cherry, and floral hints. On the palate, it is vibrant, lively, and agile, with great freshness and drinkability.

The Lambrusco “I Salici” Monte delle Vigne is a great wine from the Emilian tradition, a label capable of telling the story of the territory. It is a pure Lambrusco Maestri, made with the ancient method of refermentation in the bottle, traditionally used to produce lively wines that enhance the fruity and fragrant freshness of the grapes. A convivial and joyful bottle par excellence, it pairs wonderfully with a platter of flavorful local cured meats and more generally with pasta with ragù or with second courses based on pork.

The sparkling wine Lambrusco “I Salici” comes from an Emilian winery that has distinguished itself for quality production. The Monte delle Vigne estate is located in the Colli di Parma area and offers a range of labels with a territorial face, made with the indigenous grape varieties of the region. The vineyards are about 20 years old and are situated at an altitude of 200 meters above sea level, with a south-west exposure. The medium-textured soils, composed of clays and fresh, savory finish with good taste persistence.
