The Ravello Bianco is a white wine that is fresh and light, delicate and floral, vinified and aged only in steel. It features an inviting fruity and floral bouquet and a soft and creamy taste, supported by good freshness and sapidity, enriched with notes of aromatic herbs.

The Ravello Bianco by Marisa Cuomo is another exciting wine from this splendid winery. Heroic liquids take shape in the glass, just as the movements that Marisa and her husband, Andrea, along with their staff, must undertake throughout the year to produce wines like this are heroic. The Amalfi Coast is a charming place that has long preserved unique indigenous varieties.

The Falanghina and Biancolella vines grow on coastal terraces at 300-400 meters altitude, almost breathtaking, as they seem to be on the verge of slipping into the enchanting sea that surrounds the Coast. The soils are composed of dolomitic and limestone rocks, exposed to the South/Southwest. No mechanization, just hard work. Once in the winery, the grapes are destemmed and then softly pressed. The must is clarified cold and then fermented in steel at controlled temperature for 20-30 days. The aging consists of a short rest of 4 months always inside steel tanks.

The Ravello Bianco is straw yellow in color. With a Mediterranean aromatic profile, it evokes vegetal notes, flowers, and fresh summer fruit, all propelled by a electrifying mineral breeze. On the palate, its fresh, elegant, fragrant, and delicate nuances are captivating. With a long finish that softens the cheeks. A wine of great pleasantness. A postcard with a  saline scent!
