The Ribolla Gialla by Teresa Raiz is a white wine with a fresh and light profile, designed to be enjoyed young alongside appetizers, vegetables, or fish dishes. The aromatic spectrum releases notes of lemon and green apple, interspersed with floral and mineral nuances. On the palate, it shows a slender and drinkable texture, with vibrant freshness and a salty finish.

The Ribolla Gialla by Teresa Raiz is the symbolic wine of Friuli. In a land where, during the 19th century, the most famous international white grape varieties arrived, the native Ribolla Gialla not only survived but established itself as the true identity grape of the border area with Slovenia. Thanks to its strong personality, fresh, citrusy, clear, and savory character, it is capable of delivering smooth, simple, and delicate whites. Today it is a wine that has gained increasing notoriety among enthusiasts, due to its pleasant versatility and convivial spirit, making it an ideal bottle to enjoy for an aperitif or to accompany appetizers or light seafood dishes.

The Ribolla Gialla wine is one of the great classics of Teresa Raiz. The estate is located near Povoletto and has about 13 hectares with vineyards in the Grave del Friuli area, in Faedis and Montina in the famous area of the Colli Orientali, always a land of extraordinary whites. The Ribolla Gialla is cultivated in the best hilly areas of the estate, where it can enjoy poor morainic soils, with abundant presence of gravel and pebbles, which naturally contain generous yields. The well-sunlit and always ventilated exposures lead the grapes to ripen towards the end of September. At the end of the manual harvest, the bunches are subjected to a soft pressing to extract the free-run must. After static decantation, fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of about 18 °C. Before bottling, the wine matures for a few months in steel tanks.

The Ribolla Gialla Teresa Raiz is a label that is appreciated for its straightforward face and its fresh and savory character, typical of the grape variety. In the glass, it presents a bright, light straw-yellow color, with slight golden reflections. The aromatic profile is clear and elegant, with scents of wildflowers, orange blossom, acacia flowers, aromas of lemon zest, green apple, white peach, and hints of herbal notes.
