The “Serra Lori” is a Sardinian Rosé wine that captivates with the gentleness of its aromas and the freshness of its taste. Thanks to the perfect balance between altitude, soil composition, and Mediterranean climate, the different grape varieties that the Argiolas winery blends in this rosé find ideal conditions for perfect growth, giving life to a wine with a harmonious character. It is indeed a bottle where nothing is out of place, and which, among its various qualities, also has the incredibly versatile gastronomic aspect: try it at aperitif time or with a full meal, in both cases it will not disappoint you.
The Rosé wine “Serra Lori” is born from a skillful blend of different grapes. The grapes grow in vineyards characterized by the presence of limestone, clay, and silt, where the climate is typically Mediterranean, with mild winters and very hot and breezy summers. Once the grapes are selected during the harvest phase, they undergo partial carbonic maceration, then traditionally macerate for 3-4 hours, before fermentation in stainless steel at lowtemperature. After a few months of aging in steel, the wine is ready to be bottled.
The “Serra Lori” is a Rosé wine that, in the glass, manifests itself with a light pink color, not too intense. Light and subtle are the aromas that greet the nose, telling us a story made of flowers and small red fruits. On the palate, it is light-bodied, smooth, lively, characterized by a very well-balanced fresh sip in every component. A wine signed by Argiolas where the straightforwardness of the aromas enlivens the taste, from which all the beauty of the Sardinian terroir emerges.
