The Rosé "Vivo del Aire" from Torresano is a lively and pleasant rosé wine. Made from an indigenous grape, Tinto de Pámpana Blanca, or the local name for Tinto Velasco. The nose has fresh and fruity aromas, with hints of red fruits accompanied by intriguing hints of Mediterranean scrub. In the mouth it is light and crisp, a juicy and balanced rosé with a refreshing finish, perfect to sip on its own or as an aperitif

The Rosato ‘Vivo del Aire’ from the Spanish winery Torresano represents an artisanal bottle characterized by a juicy and flavorful sip, produced with only Tinto de Pampana Blanca grapes. This black grape variety, linked to Tinto Velasco, is native to the territory of Castile La Mancha, home to the bodega of the young Tomas Torresano. Here, precisely in La Puebla de Almoradiel, Tomas has gathered the small viticultural heritage of his family, starting a production based on sustainability and the artisanal nature of the agronomic and oenological process.

Torresano Rosato ‘Vivo del Aire’ is made from only Tinto de Pampana Blanca grapes coming from a single plot cultivated using regenerative viticulture practices. The vineyard, with an average age of over 50 years, is trained as a bush vine at an altitude of 670 meters above sea level. Following the manual harvest, the bunches are pressed directly using a manual press and the must obtained undergoes spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, without skin maceration. The subsequent maturation phase also takes place in steel and the wine is finally bottled without undergoing any clarification or filtration operations and without acidity corrections.

The ‘Vivo del Aire’ Rosato from Torresano has a light and vibrant pink color. The aromatic spectrum is defined by fruity and floral sensations of ripe cherry, red apple, and violet, enriched by pleasant herbaceous hints reminiscent of rosemary and sea buckthorn. A fine mineral background. On the palate, it shows pleasant softness and good warmth, with a firm savory note and a juicy freshness on the finish reminiscent of the olfactory perceptions.
