The “Santigaini” by Capichera is a Sardinian white wine in perfect symbiosis with its territory of origin. It expresses all the extraordinariness, made of a sandy and stony soil that rises to cru: the cru Santigaini, which in the Gallurese dialect indicates the month of October.
