The Shiraz ‘Good Natured’ by Spier is a South African red wine with a soft and fruity character. After a twelve-day fermentation on the skins, part of the wine matures in neutral casks while the main portion rests in steel casks with French oak staves to enhance the aromatic profile. On the nose, notes of mulberry, ripe plum, and sweet spices emerge. The palate is round, balanced, and velvety, with soft tannins and good taste persistence. It pairs well with grilled meats.
